Dr. Morry Murad
D.D.S.

Dr. Morry Murad graduated from McGill University in 1991. Since then he has been in private general practice focusing on Restorative and Implant Dentistry. Dr. Murad is on the advisory board of the Toronto Implant and Aesthetic Study Club. Dr. Murad is a strong proponent of the Dentist-Technologist relationship; he is also the only Dentist member of the Academy of Dental Technology.

Mr. David Kochberg
R.D.T. Co-Founder

Mr. Kochberg is a Registered Dental Technologist and operating manager of Applied Arts Ceramic Laboratories Ltd. Since 1987, under his direction, it has placed its emphasis on implants and aesthetic dentistry. He is cofounder of the Toronto Implant and Aesthetic Study Club, Academy of Dental Technology, and the International Dental Congress. He has been an active lecturer for the Association of Dental Technologists of Ontario, and the US-Based Academy of Osseointegration.

Dr. Jordon Soll
B Sc, DDS, FICOI Esthetic Clinical

Dr. Jordan Soll is highly interested in Aesthetics in Dentistry. He has a special interest in appearance related procedures and is the dental expert for Cityline. He has authored numerous articles and is the cosmetic consultant to the editorial board of Oral Health Magazine. He conceived and developed the Strategic Esthetic Planning Guide, as well as the Achieve Maximum Altitude Program.

Dr. Daniel Isakow

Dr. Daniel Isakow received his DMD from Boston University in 1988. In 1989 he completed a general practice residency at Erie County Medical Centre, in Buffalo, New York. In 1991 he received a certifi cate in combined Prosthodontics, from SUNY at Buffalo (Buffalo, New York). He is the Staff Prosthodontist at the Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care. He is an Associate in Dentistry at the University of Toronto, Department of Prosthodontics. He is past President of the Association of Prosthodontists of Ontario. He maintains a full-time private practice with an emphasis on adult restorative dentistry. Dr Isakow is an avid collector of Dental pot lids and holds an extensive collection.

Dr. Lawrence Gaum
DDS, FADSA, FICD, FADI

Dr. Lawrence Gaum is an oral surgeon who maintains a private practice in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. He has published a surgical text book and a surgical DVD titled: “Oral Surgery for the General Dentist” and “Oral
Surgical Videos for the G.P.” Both are available through Palmeri Publishing.

Dave Hunt has approximately fi fteen years experience with a major dental manufacturer & over seven years experience with Shaw Group of Dental Laboratories as Sales and Marketing Manager.

Dr. Izchak Barzilay
D.D.S., Cert. Prostho., M.S.

Dr. Barzilay received his DDS from the University of Toronto in 1983, a Certificate in Prosthodontics from the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, NY in 1986, and a MS from the University of Rochester in 1991. He is
currently Head of the Division of Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry, Mt. Sinai Hospital, Toronto, Ont.; Assistant Professor, University of Toronto, Toronto, Ont.; President of the Association of Prosthodontists of Canada, and is in private practice limited to prosthodontics and implant dentistry in Toronto, Ont. He has published on various topics.

Dr. Murray L. Arlin
D.D.S., Dip. Perio., F.R.C.D.(C) Co-Founder

Dr. Arlin received his D.D.S. at McGill University, Montreal, in 1977, his Diploma in Periodontics at the University of Toronto in 1980, and his Fellowship in the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in 1983. Dr. Arlin has taught at the University of Toronto at the undergraduate and post-graduate levels. He has also presented numerous seminar lectures internationally and has authored many articles in leading Dental Journals. Dr. Arlin is a co-founder of the Toronto Implant Study Club. He is also the founder of the Dental Hygienist Periodontal Study Club of Toronto.
